Jane O’Reilly
Certified Hypnotherapist – RTT Certified Rapid Transformational Therapist
Hi, I’m Jane and I love helping my clients break through the blocks that are holding them back and living their best lives – everyone deserves this and it is my wish for you too.
I spent many years working as a career counsellor; working with clients who were either re-entering the workforce after a period of absence or facing retrenchment or those who simply wanted to change their career direction. I loved this and seeing each client succeed in a job interview or gain the confidence to undertake specialized training in a brand new area. I helped people plan out a ‘road map’ to get them where they wanted to be.

But I realized there were also many clients who needed more than that. People who suffered extreme anxiety even thinking about a job interview. People who totally underrated their skills set and applied for positions someone with far less experience should be applying for. And of course it came down to fear and the stories they told themselves. Stories that were not true. But I could identify with them.
For years I had second guessed myself and experienced bouts of depression, had poor body self image issues and had periods of my life that were extremely lonely even when surrounded by family and friends and kids to care for. At the time, I tried the more traditional ‘talk’ therapies with a very nice therapist but even after a couple of months found I had no real answers.
In more recent times I came across Marisa Peer talking about RTT on a YouTube video and was intrigued. This was completely different to anything else I had ever seen. It is not endless talk therapy where issues get unpacked, then repacked for you to take home again with nothing truly solved.

RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY
RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) includes aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, neurolinguistic programming and deep relaxation techniques. It is a unique, stand-alone therapy, which is guided by the unconventional idea that you don’t need a lifetime to master and change the processes of your mind – you can in fact do this very quickly. By accessing the sub-conscious mind, we can delve deep and discover the root cause of the issue holding you back.
In childhood our environment, the beliefs and behaviours of our parents and siblings influence our thoughts and our thoughts form the blueprint of behaviours and beliefs we sub consciously carry with us through to adulthood.
Enough negative impact within our childhood environment from even just ‘clumsy’ parenting, can form blueprints that manifest as poor self image, low confidence, weight gain, binge eating, anxiety and depression. A severe childhood trauma can result in far more serious consequences.
But because we ‘hide’ painful memories (and happy ones!) in our sub conscious mind, we are often unaware as adults why our lives are unhappy or unsuccessful. Trying to attain levels of happiness through the material possessions or expecting others to make us happy usually fails because we have not yet uncovered the reasons for what holds us back.
As adults what is the true cost of NOT doing what makes us happy, free, fulfilled and proud of ourselves?
